Data shows that most buyers like to see floor plans along with photos of a property; it helps them fully visualize the space. My trusted architects measure and draw the plans for buyers to see an accurate layout of the home.

 

 

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Second only to photos, a comprehensive write-up of a property is a must-have when appealing to buyers. Information about the interior and exterior of a home, as well as parking, transportation, and the surrounding area, tells everything an interested buyer needs to know.

 

 

PROPERTY INFORMATION SHEET

A comprehensive one-sheet, which is posted for agents to see with the MLS listing, includes all of the basic information about a property.

 

 

WEBSITE & SOCIAL STRATEGY

All listings receive dedicated space in my online portfolio, supplemented by a link to the Single Property Website. In addition, I utilize YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to post videos and updates, targeting those most likely to have interest in your property.

 

 

SINGLE PROPERTY WEBSITE

A custom URL directs interested buyers to a site where I control the narrative and only include the best features of your property. Re-targeting capabilities extend this marketing past the initial, online visit.

 

 

PROPERTY FLYER

Presented in a single-page brochure, I leave this print marketing inside the property to compliment my digital advertising efforts. My intention is to provide a marketing piece that is too nice for a buyer to discard.

This type of map highlights points of interest that showcase the value of a property's location in relation to the places that people want to go. From high-end finishes to the intimate details put into your property, I can make sure every visitor is educated. By placing signage throughout the property, I’m able to “make the walls talk.”

 

 

E-FLYER CAMPAIGN

Targeted, trackable emails allow me to identify the agents who are most likely to bring a buyer to your property. I send local Realtors a media-rich, mobile-optimized notice and track their clicks to gauge interest.
